Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab at the Forum Shops at Caesars landed the top spot among Las Vegas restaurants in Restaurant Business magazine’s newest list of top grossing independent restaurants in the country. The magazine estimates the restaurant made $22,264,200 in sales with a $77 average check and 260,000 covers in 2018, landing in the No. 18 spot on the list. The magazine called it “one of several high-volume eateries inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace.”
It’s sister restaurant in Miami took the top spot with $38.4 million in estimated sales.
The full chart of 100 includes 22 New York destinations and 10 in Las Vegas.
For years, Tao Asian Bistro at the Venetian landed in the No. 1 spot but this time, didn’t earn a spot among the 100. Restaurant Business says that “With the opening in Chicago, Tao is no longer considered an independent,” since it has more than five locations.
The nationwide study includes seven Vegas steakhouses, two restaurants from Tao Group, two Italian restaurants, and more
