BBD’s, the burger restaurant at Palace Station from chef Ralph Perrazzo, departs the resort for a new, unnamed location in Las Vegas. The restaurant, which opened in August 2018 at the resort, closes on November 30 in what the resort is calling “a mutual decision to pursue different goals for their brands.”
The restaurant converts into a new unnamed restaurant from Palace Station after that.
“It was a very difficult decision but we have recognized our paths were evolving in different directions which made it necessary for both parties to make this transition,” Perrazzo says in a press statement. “We are fortunate to have worked with an amazing team, while serving many incredible people. I look forward to announcing our new location in the new year, so we can continue to cook great food for all of our guests.”
Since 2014, the Long Island, New York-based chef wanted to bring a restaurant to an off-Strip location. Perrazzo worked at Bradley Ogden at Caesars Palace, Jean-George in Manhattan, and Clio in Boston
The 200-seat restaurant featured an imposing wooden arched ceiling, custom chandeliers, and a large, long bar. The front of the restaurant featured a butcher shop visible to customers.
