Sushi burrito and poke bowl specialists Tail & Fin proudly Vegas-born and serving menu items created by former Nobu executive chef Karu Wedhas, is expanding locally and promising new dishes are on the way this winter.
Announced as coming soon, but yet to confirm an exact location, Tail & Fin will join Shake Shack and The Cheesecake Factory at the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets.
Launched in 2016 at the intersection of Maryland and Silverado Ranch, the original location shuttered earlier his year. Tail & Fin still operates in Summerlin at 1910 Village Center Circle and inside two walk-up kiosks within the T-Mobile Arena.
A third Malaysian outpost and its first expansion to Chicago are already planned, also featuring Tail & Fin’s sushi tacos, avocado boats, and truffle edamame.

Overseas, hot bowl dishes including donburi, Japanese curry, and sukiyaki have proved popular enough to be imported back to Las Vegas soon and the Malaysia restaurants present the sushi rolls selections in Las Vegas-themed collectible boxes.
An exact opening date or future opening hours at the outlet mall have not been revealed.
