The long-awaited beer garden and restaurant at Ellis Island gets ready to open on Friday, December 6. The Front Yard offers two levels with an entertainment venue, casual brewpub atmosphere, bar, and full-service restaurant showcasing Ellis family favorite recipes such as house-cured bacon and brisket as well as dishes incorporating craft beers from its own Ellis Island Brewery. Of course, The Front Yard plans to pour beers straight from Ellis Island Brewery on a seasonal rotation.
The indoor/outdoor venue features a second-floor atrium with views of the Las Vegas Strip. Retractable ceiling shades, expansive windows, wood fixtures, exposed steel, low lighting, and garden walls fill out the space.
The Front Yard plans to offer sports on HD TVs, include an 18-foot big screen. Weekly live entertainment ranges from deejays and local acts to headliners and special events including bashes for New Year’s Eve, the Super Bowl, and more.
The restaurant plans to be open daily from 3 p.m. to midnight, with extended hours and brunch service in the works.
