Chef David Chang’s second restaurant in Las Vegas gets ready to debut at the Palazzo with Korean barbecue dishes, rolling carts, and more. Majordomo Meat & Fish plans to open officially on December 30. Saturday night brings a VIP party with Esquire magazine, but the restaurant doesn’t start accepting reservations until the day before New Year’s Eve. Reservations open on December 23 for those first dinners at the restaurant.

While Majordomo in Los Angeles certainly provides the DNA of the restaurant, Las Vegas influences some of the dishes. Chang plans to include crustacean tanks and a focus on table-side carts among the many surprises for diners. Majordomo takes over the Carnevino space at the resort.

Chang is also the chef behind Momofuku at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas along with the Netflix series Ugly Delicious and more than a dozen restaurants spanning from New York to Los Angeles.

Disclosure: David Chang is producing shows for Hulu in partnership with Vox Media Studios, part of Eater’s parent company, Vox Media. No Eater staff member is involved in the production of those shows, and this does not impact coverage on Eater.
