Fans of recent Las Vegas arrivals Dutch Bros, Scooter’s Coffee, Black Rock Coffee Bar, and Classic Rock Coffee will have another highly successful, out-of-state java vendor to sample next year, when Michigan-based Biggby Coffee brings its first outpost to the eastside.
Serving in more than 200 locations across eight states, the franchise is headed to a 640-square-foot space at 3350 Desert Inn Road, close to Pecos Road. Attached to a QuickRun convenience store, the counter-service coffee shop will also offer a handful of indoor seats.
East Lansing, Michigan-based Biggby plans to build the location from scratch and include a drive-thru. The Biggby menu has created a loyal fan base for its traditional hot and cold beverages, elaborate whipped cream topped lattes, plus hot chocolate, and creme freeze smoothies.
On the food menu, customers will be able to pick up bagels, muffins, doughnut holes, and yogurt parfaits, a sausage and egg breakfast “bragel,” and a turkey Havarti creation.
Well known for its seasonal variants, current indulgent choices include a gingerbread man drink, a peppermint blizzard, the “Nutty Squirrel,” and sweet potato pie lattes.
Biggby has not officially announced the new location nor an estimated opening date.
