Updating the highly anticipated changes headed to the corner of Water Street and Pacific Avenue in Henderson, the previously announced Brisket & Bourbon has undergone a slight name change ahead of joining two under construction and locally born projects.
Moving into the 14,000-square-foot retail and office complex best known as hosting Bank of America, Biscuits & Bourbon has filed paperwork to create an urban lounge on the northwestern side of the building.
Long rumored to include a menu co-created with a downtown Las Vegas team, the project has hinted at plans to offer live entertainment alongside barbecue selections. A future opening date has not been revealed.
A few steps way, the “small but mighty” Mojave Brewing Co. had promised to debut its home for small batch ales, lagers, and cider in November, but encountered “some hiccups these last couple of weeks.” A revised opening schedule has not been announced.
And Anderson Dairy is still planning to launch its 9,000-square-foot, “old-fashioned ice cream shoppe mixed with a modern Instagrammy flair” in early 2020. Adding a retail section, the cafe will serve the company's famous ice cream, plus specialty drinks and sandwiches created with Great Harvest bread.
