No surprise for visitors who’ve witnessed the long lines of happy fans, The Park’s outdoor Hello Kitty Cafe was officially scheduled to close within days, but has been granted a reprieve and will extend its residency through mid-July of next year, marking a one year anniversary on the Strip.
Rolling out out its fall menu back in October featuring new character-inspired cupcakes and the “Super Cute Ice Cream” range served in Las Vegas-inspired cups, the Sanrio superstar is also headed to the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, serving out of a vintage ice cream truck until May of next year.

Open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and closing at 8 p.m. on Sundays, the pop-up will match the mall’s longer holiday hours for the next few days.
Expected to sell Hello Kitty-shaped cookies and other sweet treats. For last-minute shoppers the truck will be stocked with hoodie sweatshirts and beanies, keychains, holiday ornaments, stainless thermal bottles, enamel pins, cushions, plush toys, and Las Vegas exclusive T-shirts and tote bags.
