So far, the Test Kitchen features shareable plates, a boutique wine bar with an emphasis on hard-to-find wines, and a changing seasonal menus each month.
Dishes include a garlic hummus with cucumbers and naan; fried cauliflower with a charred tomatillo chimichurri, and lemon aioli; skirt steak with achiote sauce, Hollandaise, poblano potato hash brown, and roasted veggies; and grilled octopus with arugula, roasted potatoes, chorizo, and garlic chili aioli.
