A timetable for the much-anticipated Egg Works’ expansion to Centennial was recently updated and now come news an eighth restaurant for the local brand will have the neighboring breakfast-and-lunch market all to itself on a quiet section of the westside.
CREConfidential is reporting the family-focused menu will move into a substantial 5,778-square-foot corner property at the Hacienda Business Center, close to the intersection of Cameron Street and Hacienda Avenue, a mile-and-half west of the Strip.
Yet to be officially announced, or a future opening date posted, unlike the the 5,535-square-foot built-from-scratch concept at The Village of Centennial Springs, the building is ready to accept a new tenant. A third quarter arrival is being predicted in Centennial.
One of a handful of full-service dining options in this area, the generous Egg Works menus are available everyday from 6 a.m until a last seating at 3 p.m.
