The Stove, the Henderson restaurant from chefs Antonio Nunez, formerly of Kitchen Table in Henderson, and Scott Commings, the season 12 winner of Hell’s Kitchen who has Freedom Beat at the Downtown Grand, just introduced a new brunch that caters to the 21-plus crowd. The Mimosa Garden takes place every Thursday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a menu of smaller bites on the compact menu.
Burrata caprese, crab with spinach artichoke dip, meatballs, petit fours, and chocolate-covered strawberries make the menu. Prices range from $6 to $12.
On the adult side of this menu, a Champagne meets bong experience, dubbed the Chambong, goes for $10 each or $18 for two. Bottomless champagne is priced at $19 per person, or $7 per glass with house-made flavors including blackberry, orange, pineapple, peach, hibiscus, or cranberry. For larger parties, bottles of bubbles and champagne start at $29 for Francois Montand Rosé up to $95 for a bottle of Veuve Cliquot.
