A former Los Angeles food truck turned Little Tokyo success story “run by women, fueled by boba” has launched it first Las Vegas outpost south of Summerlin.
Milk+T promotes itself as the “first self-serve boba bar,” letting customers fill their reusable glass drinking jars with classic add-ons.
Earning a reputation for its stylish packaging and company design, the location at the intersection of Grand Canyon Drive and Russell Road replaces the former homes of Chilly Willie’s frozen yogurt and Udderly Rolled.
All base drinks cost $5, including the “Best Friend,” made with lactose-free milk, brown sugar syrup, and green tea; the “Unbeelievable” with wildflower honey syrup; and the “Area 51” created with cucumber and kiwi syrup in black tea.
Additional scoops of vanilla or coffee ice cream can be added to each drink.
Milk+T, 5651 S. Grand Canyon Drive, Sutie 140, 702-605-3906. Open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Closed on Sunday.
