Rejoice, Centennial. The conveyor belt line starts up at Sapporo Revolving Sushi today.
The Chinatown hit debuted in December of 2017 with a revolving lineup of yellowtail, tuna, salmon, and eel alongside salads, chicken karaage, and more. Dishes start at $2.50, and diners can snatch a favorite from the conveyor belt that snakes through the dining room. A server tallies up the dishes for the final bill.
The 5,361-square-foot restaurant also features a Japanese steakhouse on the other side of the space, with seating around 10 teppanyaki grills.
Restaurateur Freddy Hwang already operates the seven-year old Samurai Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi in Henderson.
Located at the Centennial Gateway East retail center next door to Moo Woo Korean BBQ and facing another recent arrival, Cafe Zupas. The Spring Mountain location is open from 11:30 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Next for Sapporo, a location in Town Square.
