Already the new NoMad Hotel inside the Park MGM introduced Las Vegas to its all-day restaurant NoMad Bar and its over-the-top dinner experience at NoMad Restaurant. Now the resort is ready to unveil the NoMad Pool, opening March 22. In April, a new pool party dubbed Jemaa kicks off.
The new experience features poolside dining Monday through Thursday on the hotel’s third floor roof deck. Jacques Garcia designed the pool with its Moroccan Majorelle Garden inspiration replete with daybeds and cabanas. Restaurateur Will Guidara and chef Daniel Humm of NoMad fame created the menu that features a truffle chicken club, lobster roll, and fava bean hummus, as well as cocktails such as a frozen piña coladas and magnums of Champagne.
The pool party takes over on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with table-side cocktail service, a roster of DJs and artists, and a cocktail fountain that can be delivered to a cabana.
Hungry pool-goers can order a Humm dog, shrimp tacos, and fried chicken.
