A very short distance from the Summerlin borderline, the first conveyor belt sushi experience in the neighborhood is well on its way to opening soon.
Currently hiring, Kaizen Revolving Sushi will take over 1,903 square feet at the Summerlin Gateway Plaza retail center on Lake Mead Boulevard, a retail hub anchored by a Sprouts grocery store and also soon to be home to the “100% plant based” Garden Grill restaurant.
Originally intended as a sequel to Spring Mountain's Konbea Belt Sushi, which debuted last May, the owners have instead opted to use their own Kaizen brand for the name, well known for its sushi restaurants in Henderson, North Las Vegas, and on Paradise Road on the east side.
Promising a menu of “traditional and fusion dishes” for its new venture, the original Konbea menu is available à la carte, or as an all-you-can-eat deal, with options including Dungeness crab for an extra $6 per person.
