Henderson has long been on the wishlist for Dutch Bros. Coffee’s ambitious expansion plans and new paperwork has been filed for the java experts to move into the neighborhood.
Last September, the Oregon-based company floated the idea of a location close to Fiesta Henderson before the project was shelved.
The new plans call for a 24-hour, 851-square-foot kiosk at the Stephanie Promenade retail center, taking over a corner space at the intersection of Stephanie Street and Trail Canyon Road. The retail hub is already home to SkinnyFats, Henry’s American Grill, and Metro Diner.
Keeping the model of the Dutch Bros’ five local locations, the kiosk will only install a walk-up or drive-thu window with no seating. A projected opening date has yet to be announced.
The company will face competition from a Midwest rival later this year when Scooter’s Coffee debuts its first Las Vegas kiosk at the Warm Springs Plaza.
