The under-construction University Gateway building across Maryland Parkway from the UNLV campus has signed another new tenant for the ground floor as the mixed-use structure continues to create buzz ahead of a debut later this year.
CREConfidential is reporting Utah’s Crumbl Cookies will occupy 1,575 square feet of retail space, serving four six-ounce chocolate chip and sugar cookies in box portions. The first local expansions are already here in the southwest and Centennial.
On the eastside, and facing Smashburger and In-N-Out Burger, Crumbl will join the previously uncovered first Las Vegas home for Francisco-based chain Ike’s Love & Sandwiches, operating out of 1,534 square feet on the ground floor, next door to an America First Credit Union. Peet’s Coffee will move into a 1,337-square-foot space a couple of steps to the south.
No update on future opening dates have been posted.
A short distance away at the University Gardens retail center, a new gaming and coffee lounge will be open much sooner. The Dice & Beans Cafe will take over the former Sinful Subs shop and replace it with a menu of coffee, beverages, and table and role-playing games.
