Yet to be announced by the brand, or the Palms, newly filed paperwork calls for an estimated construction budget of $250,000 to create the new space. While no further details have been shared, Freshii is expected to move into The Eatery, the collection of fast-casual food options at the entrance to the Brenden Theaters.
Created in 2005 by Matthew Corrin, the rapidly expanding company now operates 439 restaurants in 16 countries.
Basing its menu around “7 different menu categories – bowls, burritos, salads, wraps, soups, smoothies & juices,” each customer can fully customize their order, adding or subtracting toppings, sauces and ingredients. A new menu item is added every 90 days.
