In less than a year, locals Bok Bok Chicken has debuted four locations for its Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant and still have one more planned for later this year.

The latest outpost is now serving in North Las Vegas, taking over a 2,100-square-foot corner site at the Crossroads Towne Center retail hub. Located off the 215 at Decatur Boulevard, it joins Geisha Steak House, Little Dumplings, and another recent arrival, Griddlecakes.

The counter-service space offers the same menu as its predecessors, inspired by “our grandmothers’ recipes,” including beef shawarma, chicken and falafel pitas or paninis, rotisserie chicken dishes, salads, and soups, plus ashta, gatnaboor and baklava for dessert.

Next for the growing brand, a fifth restaurant moving into The Landing at Town Square, soon to be home to San Diego breakfast specialists The Broken Yolk Cafe.

Bok Bok Chicken, 6572 N. Decatur Boulevard, Suite 100, 702-527-0955. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
