Two Lounges Go Through Renovations at the Bellagio This Summer

The grand piano gets put away this summer when Petrossian Bar & Lounge closes at the Bellagio for a renovation. Its neighbor, Baccarat Bar & Lounge, also gets a revamp at the resort.

Baccarat Bar & Lounge closes on Tuesday, May 28, reopening in early fall with a whole new look. Then Petrossian Bar & Lounge gets a revamp starting on Monday, Aug. 26, reopening in early December.

Petrossian, the lobby bar at the resort with its views of the casino floor and the Dale Chihuly glass sculpture on the ceiling, features live music from David Osborne, the pianist to the presidents. Osborne has performed at the White House for Presidents Carter, Bush, Clinton, Bush, and Obama. The 24-hour bar features an afternoon tea replete with Petrossian caviar and smoked salmon.

The 24-hour Baccarat Bar sits closer to the center of the casino floor sits in front of the casino’s baccarat room.
