Out of action since December, the original restaurant in the Archi’s Thai restaurant family has returned to full strength, with an upgraded interior and Thai-inspired cocktails and drinks.
Open seven days week, Archi’s Thai Bistro re-opened earlier this month following months of fixes for water damage and dining room repairs.
Launched in 2008 at 6345 S. Rainbow Blvd. in Spring Valley, the changes have created a full bar for its new beverage program and now joins all four of the Archi’s locations in serving daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The family-owned concept specializes in “100% pure Thai food,” not “fusion” dishes. A “quick casual” spin-off debuted at 9310 S. Eastern Avenue last July, designed for guests to order at the counter and have items including tom yum salad, satay chicken and yellow, panang and pumpkin curries, brought to their seat.
Beginning its expansion plan in 2004, the owners also own Archi’s Thai Cafe at Village Square and Archi’s Thai Kitchen at the Phoenix Plaza on West Flamingo.
