NoMad Pool gets ready to open at the NoMad inside the Park MGM on Monday, April 8, and now comes word that the menu from Make It Nice Hospitality is getting its final touches.
The Pool Restaurant plans to offer a brunch all day menu featuring many of NoMad’s dishes, including fava bean hummus, avocado toast, chia pudding, a mushroom omelet, and a breakfast burrito stuffed with suckling pig, eggs, potatoes, spinach, and chile de arbol.
A menu of seafood dishes includes salmon salad, scallop ceviche, a lobster roll, and a daily selection of oysters served with champagne mignonette.
Fried chicken and truffled chicken club sandwiches, as well as a dry-aged beef burger featuring a special sauce round out the menu.
NoMad’s bar director Leo Robitschek created the cocktail menu that features Ma Cherie’ with Fino sherry, lime, falernum, green chartreuse, celery, cucumber, and salt; Berried Treasure with Antiguan rum, Aperol, Fino sherry, strawberry, orgeat, and lime’ the Detox Retox with blended Scotch, rums, aged cachaça, and coconut water; and Tropicana Avenue with Elyx vodka, Campari, lemon, strawberry, vanilla, and mint.
A frozen Pina Colada menu and bottle service menu that includes Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades, Moet et Chandon, Billecart-Salmon, and others plus table-side cocktail service, and a cocktail fountain that can be delivered to a cabana round out the menu.
The pool designed by Jacques Garcia with a Moroccan Majorelle Garden inspiration replete with daybeds and cabanas sits on the third floor of the resort with free access for hotel guests. Jemaa, the NoMad Pool party, debuts on April 12 with Mayer Hawthorne, followed by Mark Ronson on Saturday, April 13, and DJ Five closing out the weekend on Sunday, April 14.
Locals with a valid Nevada identification get into Jemaa for free before noon.
