A hit California seafood concept is making its first out-of-state expansion, headed to Las Vegas and a Spring Valley location a few steps from another West Coast import.
California Fish Grill will join In-N-Out Burger at the under construction Rainbow Commons retail hub, right at the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Sunset Road, close to the 215.
Pushing to be ready by the third quarter this year, In-N-Out will move into a 3,800-square-foot, stand-alone building with a drive-thru.
A short distance way, California Fish Grill takes over a 2,800-square-foot corner space to serve its “wild-caught seafood.” Opening more than two dozen counter-service outposts since 1998, the large menu includes, bowls, salads and tacos, plus “classics” of battered fish and chips, breaded shrimp, scallops or calamari, and fried catfish
Specialty dishes are cooked over a flame grill and served with a choice of sauce, and include Cajun seared ahi, rainbow trout, barramundi, Atlantic salmon, and tilapia.
