An accent wall with 17,000 gold silk roses and hydrangeas and an aquarium with life-like fish highlight Blume Restaurant, the new fusion restaurant in Henderson,
Chef Joseph “JoJo” Saady created the menu for this 6,500-square-foot restaurant decked out with sleek white acrylic countertops and tabletops, custom Armani blue tufted booths and chairs, and black marble flooring. Dramatic large-scale floral wallpaper covers a back wall, while two accent walls feature more than 17,000 handmade gold silk roses and hydrangeas. Crystal chandeliers imported from Europe hang overhead.
In the bar one wall features an eight-foot by five-foot high-definition aquarium that features beautiful underwater scenes with life-like fish.
Diners can sit in the main dining room, at a chef’s table with seating for 12, at a bar with a big screen TV, or on the patio with lounge seating and heat lamps. Blume also has a private room available for special events with gold velvet drapes by Chanel and direct access to the patio.
The space also features a banquet room with seating for up to 120 people with its own entrance from the restaurant, and frosted glass retractable doors that can make the room smaller for more intimate events.
