Back in 2015, Texas chain Fuzzy’s Taco Shop had big plans for the Las Vegas market, expecting to grow into multiple local locations from its newly opened Spring Valley location on Rainbow Boulevard.
Three years later, Fuzzy’s is now shuttered and after a very quick turnover, Burlingame, California’s Nachoria will soon debut its tribute to ”the art of the triangle,”
Launched in 2016, this first expansion will fill a 4,159-square-foot corner site, including a 648-square-foot covered patio at 7080 S. Rainbow Blvd., neighboring Yogurtland, Café Zupas, and PizzaRev.
Joining the menu of nachos, tostadas, enchiladas, tortas, burritos, enchilada, and street tacos, a four-pound “contest” portion of “Monster Nachos,” desserts of tres leches cake and a churros sundae, plus margaritas, mojitos, sangria, and pitchers of beer.
Future hours will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, closing at 1 a.m. on Friday and open from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturday, serving on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
