The Strip has a new Mexican restaurant with margaritas, street tacos, and churros. Uno Más Street Tacos & Tequilas brings a fast-casual restaurant to SLS Las Vegas, marking the first new dining option at the resort since it opened five years ago. It replaces José Andrés’ Ku Noodle.

The menu features queso fundido with chorizo, guacamole and chips, pork chicharrones, and grilled corn. Street tacos include meats such as pan-roasted shrimp, carne asada, al pastor, lengua, fish and beer, beer-braised short rib, carnitas, crispy pollo, and lamb, and vegetarian options including queso a la plancha and cactus. The restaurant uses tortillas made in house. For dessert, churros served with a trio of sauces.

The margarita roster includes the namesake featuring Patrón Reposado Tequila, Anchos Reyes Verde, lime agave syrup, and Grand Marnier, while Mexican beers, Micheladas, and cocktails such as a Dole Whip cocktail made with Casamigos Tequila round out the menu. Non-alcoholic beverages include Mexican sodas and house-made horchata.

Uno Más, SLS Las Vegas, 2535 Las Vegas Blvd. S., 702-761-7000. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
