Even more construction on Spring Mountain Road points to two local names expanding to the neighborhood, plus an unknown restaurant also on the way.
Located at 5130 Spring Mountain, next to Hauck Street and facing the Pacific Asian Plaza, the “tasty, healthy, creative” beverage menu of Tbaar is expanding into the vacant building.
Currently operating at the Venetian’s Grand Canal Shoppes and a kiosk at the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, Tbaar recently filed paperwork for its latest outpost. Serving a roster of juices, smoothies, fruit or bubble teas, plus “matcha mille crepes cake,” its long menu includes “healthy shots” of wheat grass, kale and a “vitality” drink made with cayenne pepper, ginger, and lemon.
Late last year permits were also filed for the unannounced Jinsoku Restaurant and a second home for southwest favorite The Noodle Man.
Known for its hand-pulled noodles, skillfully prepared while diners watch, the 2,434-square-foot project with room enough for 102 occupants, is a dramatic increase in size from the 6870 S. Rainbow Blvd. original space.
An opening date for the three restaurants has not been announced.
