Once Super Bowl LIV in Miami on Feb. 2, 2020, ends, the Hard Rock Hotel starts its $200 million renovation into the Virgin Hotel.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the property on the eastside closes the resort in the second quarter next year for a major overhaul of hotel rooms and the five-acre pool deck. The Virgin Hotel reveals its changes after the election on Nov. 3, 2020.

MB Steak and Nobu stick around during the changeover. On the way out, Center Bar, which went through a major renovation in 2015, will again move to make room for more casino games. No word on what happens to Pink Taco, Culinary Dropout, Fu, and Oyster Bar.

Virgin Hotels founder Sir Richard Branson bought the Hard Rock Hotel on March 30, 2018, for an undisclosed price, and originally planned to start the renovations over the summer.
