The Broken Yolk Cafe Sets an Opening Date at Town Square

Almost two years since first revealed and a month later than its official opening announcement, The Broken Yolk Cafe has a fixed debut date at Town Square.

San Diego-born in 1979 and now expanded to 32 locations, the first Las Vegas home will open on April 15, and is running a promotion to award a “Golden Pancake Card” to the “first 100 people in line.”

Yet to be confirmed, the breakfast and lunch specialists are expected to be open daily from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., located at The Landing retail section of Town Square, close to Las Vegas Boulevard. Locals Bok Bok Chicken are also signed on to become a future neighbor.

Featuring generous portions of Benedicts, omelets, pancakes, waffles, and “skillets,” a collection of “only in Vegas” specialty cocktails have been added to the menu.
