A seafood feast awaits fans of Korean-style barbecue grilling, as an innovative new concept debuts in Chinatown.
Captain6 Seafood BBQ has launched at the recently remodeled V City Plaza retail center next door to the Evo Cafe and close to the intersection of Lindell and Spring Mountain Roads.
Currently serving dinner combo meals only before the restaurant adds individual extras to the menu, diners can choose between three options, priced between $69.99 to $134.99 per table. Each combination arrives with a “skewer soup,” sashimi gazpacho, seafood pancake, corn cheese, and stone bowl soup.
Grilled on an open grill at each table, with diners provided with a heat resistant glove, each set menu includes servings of manila and large clams, oysters, mussels, shrimp, sausage, corn, scallops, and baby octopus. The more expensive options add conch, abalone, and lobster.
Captain6 Seafood BBQ, 5416 Spring Mountain Road, Suite 104, 702-205-8505. Open daily from 5 p.m. to midnight.
