After nine years in Las Vegas, the creative Asian-inspired menu of Bachi Burger is no more.
Back in February, Bachi hung “temporary” closed signs at both its Village Square and southeast restaurants, but instead of a promised return to business, new paperwork confirms the 4,113-square-foot Village Square site will become the future home of Korean BBQ Brothers. The yet-to-be-revealed replacement has already filed construction permits.
And over at the original Windmill Lane location, shared with its spin-off concept Shoku Ramen-ya, brokers have listed the space for lease, promoting a “1,350 SF turn key restaurant available immediately.”
During its successful local run, Bachi Burger also tested a more health-conscious menu at the short-lived Bachi Healthy Life Kitchen and opened and closed two California expansions.
An estimated opening date for the Korean barbecue restaurant not been announced.
