Rapidly filling more than 17,000 square feet of new retail space in the southeast, the Silverado Gallery center now has five casual dining tenants scheduled to debut later this year.
With the exterior shells finished on Silverado Ranch Boulevard, located a mile from South Point and west of Bermuda Road, Daniel’s Coffee & More is currently hiring baristas for its roomy coffee shop moving into space 100.
Space 115 will be home to Nathan Asamoto’s Bone & Belly Ramen restaurant, with the Hawaiian-inspired menu of 808 Eatery taking over space 120.
Next door to the ramen dishes, a Pizza Hut has already installed signs above its door. And taking over a corner spot, next door to a barbershop, the fifth local expansion for Fausto’s Mexican Grill is promised to be “coming soon.”
Launched in 2011 and grown to three Henderson outposts and one in the southwest, each of their fast casual locations is open daily from 6 a.m. to midnight.
