Located at the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Sunset Road, close to the 215, the first out-of-state-expansion for San Diego’s Greek Chicken is already hiring.
Family owned since 1987, the counter-service restaurant operates three popular West Coast outposts serving lemon-seasoned chicken, gyros and chicken pitas, authentic Greek salads, kabob plates, and gyros plates.
The new home will join a 3,980-square-foot In-N-Out Burger with a drive-thru and the “wild-caught seafood” choices of California Fish Grill, featuring a “classics” menu including battered fish and chips, breaded shrimp, scallops or calamari, and fried catfish.
The retail hub is still adding a large two-story office building and a separate 9,765-square-foot structure waiting to be leased. The shell buildings are expected to be handed over to tenants by the end of the second quarter, but none of the three dining imports have announced an estimated arrival date.
