The spirit of Rock n’ Roll is headed to the southeast and after two years of anticipation, Classic Rock Coffee Co. & Kitchen can finally and confidently confirm it will debut this summer.
Initially planned for Spring Valley’s Durango Post Pavilion retail hub, a quarter of a mile from Ikea Las Vegas, a second location is back on track for a “late July/Aug opening” at a Sprouts-anchored retail center, right by the corner of Silverado Ranch & Maryland Pkwy.
Classic Rock’s built from scratch space sits a short walk from Veggy Street and “Mexican with mauitiude” restaurant, Maui Tacos.
Arriving in Reno earlier this year and already expanded to Iraq, Nigeria, and Dubai, the coffee shop features a rock-themed interior, filled with memorabilia and mounted guitars and basses, plus an area for merchandise and coffee products to take home.
Flavors include “Breakfast in America,” a “sweet, nutty dark chocolate” choice made with beans imported from Brazil, and “Living After Midnight,” featuring a “smooth honey and herb with a tobacco finish.”
Also available, teas, smoothies, shakes, flavored drinks and flatbread sandwiches, soups and salads on the fast casual dining menu.
“Shareables” include a hummus plate and spinach artichoke dip and “anytime breakfast choices” of avocado toast, Belgian waffle and the “Haulin Oats,” fortified with “protein powder.”
