A “fish and chip foodie spot” has set a grand opening date to share a secret family recipe at the Commercial Center.
Catchers Fish House will launch in the New Orleans Square section of the retail hub on Saturday, June 1, serving a casual menu including “hot Nashville” chicken, tacos, and “shrimp on a stick,” plus hand-breaded fish, cooked to order.
The ground floor, counter-service restaurant replaces The Bass Cafe Grill & Terrace in building D, with initial opening hours expected to be 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
On the early menu, popcorn shrimp or chicken appetizers, “Gold Fish Basket” meals with options of red snapper, catfish, and soft shell crab, Nashville chicken sandwiches delivering a spicy “heat,” and snapper or catfish tacos.
Creatively designed and branded right down to its water bottles and condiment dispensers, the team have even commissioned a sing-along song and animated promotional video.
