Mothership Coffee Roasters plans to open a third location in Las Vegas in September when it debuts at Fergusons Downtown with a roster of ethically sourced brews and house-made pastries.
The menu features a matcha rose croissant, vegan cinnamon roll, and ham and Gruyere pillow, as well as newcomers such as A Picnic Basket with a choice of pastries, charcuterie boards, sandwiches, coffee, and frosé. New frosé and beer slushy options include the coconut banana stout slushy, sarsaparilla beer slushy, cucumber lime tea frosé, and the farmer’s market strawberry frosé. Wine and local beers from CraftHaus, Bad Beat, and Tenaya Creek will also be pouring.
Owner Juanny Romero is creating the look of the new 1,300 square-foot café with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and room for 35. Once open, Mothership Coffee at Fergusons Downtown will be open daily at 7 a.m.
Mothership Coffee Roasters already has locations at Sunrise Coffee at 3130 E. Sunset Road and in Henderson at 2708 N. Green Valley Pkwy. The company roasts and serves coffee beans sourced from Café Femenino, an ethical coffee program committed to ending the cycle of poverty afflicting women coffee farmers across the world. Mothership also serves gluten-free and vegan goods.
