LAS VEGAS — Dutch Mafia alert! Dutch Bros. Coffee, the coffee chain out of Grants Pass, Oregon, plans to open four new locations across the valley, the company announced on Facebook. Craig Road and Rancho Drive, Sunset Road and Rainbow Boulevard, Eastern Avenue and Pebble Road, and Serene Avenue and Spencer Street all land a drive-thru of their own. Dutch Bros.
