A Canadian success story with big plans for the U.S. market, Opa! of Greece has arrived on the Strip, creating its first fast casual outpost south of the border.
Located in the Fashion Show mall’s third floor food court, Opa! replaces Ichiban’s sushi menu and sits next door to Crazy Crepes and a few steps from the recently debuted gelato selections at Solo Qui.
Now expanded to 100 locations from British Columbia to Ontario, the walk-up Las Vegas outlet includes Opa! favorites of gyro wraps, an “Opa! platter” featuring a souvlaki skewer, rice, salad and “pita wedges,” plus calamari choices, “Olympus bowls” served over rice, and fries upgraded with the franchise’s own recipe tzatziki.
Opa! of Greece, Fashion Show, 3200 Las Vegas Blvd. S., #3105. 725-214-1881. Open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m to 9 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
