A New Tavern and Retail Headed to Centennial Hills

Pushing even further north than the developments at Skye Canyon Village, a new tavern and retail building are proposed for a currently desolate section of Oso Blanca Road.

Tentatively named 95 Tavern, appropriate given its close proximity to US 95, the 6,000-square-foot tavern will sit north of Kyle Canyon Road, on the east side of Oso Blanca.

Across the parking lot, a 5,000-sqaure-foot retail building will be large enough for a potential five tenants.

Yet to break ground on the project, a possible opening date has not been announced.

And two miles to the south, Skye Canyon Village is still planning to add fast-casual dining options to join its Smith’s Marketplace anchor store. Already under construction is a Burger King, with Café Rio and a Tropical Smoothie Cafe also promised to be on the way.
