Locale Italian Kitchen, the new Italian restaurant near Mountain’s Edge from former Eataly executive chef Nicole Brisson and restaurateur Andy Hooper of The Black Sheep fame, features a dining room with space for 75 diners decked out in a modern setting. Industrial lighting and exposed air ducts hang overhead, while circular mirrors decorate one wall of the restaurant in the patio area. Diners can see copper accents framing the open kitchen. Diners first see the bar when they enter, and access the patio through large slate-colored barn doors.
”We wanted to give locals and tourists alike a departure from the Strip’s costly dining prices in an elevated casual dining setting,” Hooper says in a press statement. “And with Nicole at the helm, visitors can expect just that — a high-quality meal with a focus on freshness and taste at an attainable value.”
