Officially confirmed, recently hiring and promised to be “coming soon” from Chinatown, fans looking forward to Pho Kim Long’s debut at Town Square will have to wait a little longer than expected.
Pho Kim Long only recently filed paperwork to remodel the substantial 4,078-square-foot, former I Love Burgers space. The project, large enough to accommodate a maximum occupancy of 188 inside, allocated an estimated budget of $800,000 to cover construction costs alone.
The “kitchen and bar” will sit next door to the Baobab Cafe and close to both Yard House and Big Whiskey’s American Bar & Grill.
Launched in 2007 at the Center at Spring Mountain, Pho Kim Long has been a 24/7 fixture in the neighborhood, earning a loyal following for its lenghthy Vietnamese and Chinese menu, highlighted by “sizzling clay pot” dishes, vermicelli, noodle soups, porridge, and the namesake pho soups, featuring steak, brisket, “beef ball,” and vegan ingredients.
