Visitors to the Galleria at Sunset’s second-floor food court will soon be able to “recreate your favorite childhood memories one bowl at a time!” at the home of “Southern Nevada’s first and only cereal bar.”
The Cereal Killerz Kitchen is almost ready to begin serving its fast-casual breakfast-obsessed menu, built around its inventory of more than “100 cereals from around the world.”
Scheduled to be open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and closing at 6 p.m. on Sundays, a mix of two cereals and one topping will cost $5, while hungry diners can mix three breakfast favorites and three toppings for $7, plus a choice of “cow,” or “alternative” milk.
The “Killer Snacks” are highlighted by waffles prepared with Fruit Loops, $4 oatmeal, and bagels and cream cheese. “Killer Toast” options include the $9 Loxacado, featuring avocado spread, smoked salmon, capers, and onion, or the $7 Eat, created with boiled egg, avocado spread, and tomato.
Inventive beverages include milkshakes mixed with cereal and the “Unicorn Magic” iced coffee, a concoction of cupcake syrup flavoring, whipped cream, sprinkles, and Kellogg’s Unicorn Cereal.
