Recently upgrading its name to include mention of its barbecue menu, Trustworthy Brewing Co. & BBQ missed its announced June launch, but is now days away from becoming “the first and only operational craft brewery on the Las Vegas Strip.”
Making good use of the former home of I Love Burgers on the upper level of the Grand Canal Shoppes, the brewery has squeezed in a 60-seat raised bar, “multiple private dining rooms,” a game room, dining area, and a working facility to create “sour beer, nitro beer, cask beer, and barrel-aged beer.”
The menu will feature “prime smoked meats and barbecue” and more than 14 house crafted beers, including the Trustworthy IPA, Gigil Pilsner, and the Wax Wing Blonde Lager.
MCC Hospitality Group, the same name behind fellow Palazzo resort tenants Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro and JuiceFarm, operates the brewery that already has a location in Burbank, California.
The brewery plans to be open daily from 5 to 11 p.m. with a roster of games such as skee ball and shuffleboard. Customers can book a brewery tour to the discover the process from hops to growler.
