New Hotel Includes Dining and a Coffee Bar

WESTSIDE — Las Vegas lands its first Delta Hotels by Marriott at 3883 W. Flamingo Road when it opens in the fourth quarter of 2021. The 24-floor hotel that sits east of the Palms plans to feature nearly 10,000 square feet of meeting space and approximately 1,600 square feet of retail space, along with a rooftop pool, fitness center, covered parking, lobby dining bar, and coffee bar. The multi-million-dollar project also includes 27,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space with confirmed tenants including Walgreens, Del Taco, Denny’s, Wahoo’s Fish Tacos, and Chick-Fil-A. EXCALIBUR — In honor of the U.S. women’s soccer team, Dick’s Last Resort pledges to change its name to Chicks & Dick’s Last Resort for a minimum of one month if the U.S. Soccer Federation “does the right thing and pays the women on par with their male counterparts.” In August, the rowdy bar has two cocktails named in honor of the team. The Equalizer features Captain Morgan Rum, Crystal Lite, and a splash of Rosé sprinkled with Heath bits, while the Purple-Haired Badass combines Ole Smoky White Lightning and Blackberry Moonshine with raspberry puree and a choice of regular or sugar-free Red Bull. NORTH LAS VEGAS — Dunkin’ opens its 22nd store in Las Vegas at 545 W. Craig Road in North Las Vegas on Monday, July 15, until noon with free coffee to the first 100 customers who visit the store starting at 10 a.m. and a chance to win free coffee for a year.
