Locale Italian Kitchen isn’t the only dining story at the Mountain’s Edge Marketplace, with a collection of casual pan-Asian options now confirmed for the region’s latest retail hub.
Located close to the intersection of Blue Diamond Road and Buffalo Drive, Boran Thai Kitchen is predicting it will be ready to serve a menu of “inspired Thai cuisine” by “late summer.”
Taking over a corner space with its back to Buffalo Drive, the restaurant will sit in the same structure as the 18th local expansion for China A Gogo and on the opposite end from newcomer Jie Ramen.
The building faces the marketplace's building “number 5,” the future home of L&L Hawaiian Barbecue and recent arrivals, Burgerim and locals Bluebei Sushi & Grill.
Anticipating it will be open daily from 11 a.m to 9.30 p.m., Boran Thai Kitchen’s executive chef Pranee “Ooy” Srikutcha has already shared future menu possibilities, including six different curries, spicy basil, eggplant or shrimp entrees, curry salmon, “Pad Kana Moo Krob” prepared with fried crispy pork belly, and the “Hot Ocean” dish featuring shrimp, squid, catfish fillet, mussels, and scallops.
