Henderson’s CraftHaus Brewery hopes customers to be able to sip-and-go when their Arts District “tasting room” debuts later this year and has applied for permission to let craft beer fans take their Nevada-born beers home with them.
Moving next door to the under construction Garagiste “urban lounge,” Crafthaus will occupy 1,1612 square feet at the base of The Venice mixed-use building, on the corner of California Street and Casino Center Boulevard. The building is announcing it is fully leased and also for sale for $5,999,900.
Designed by RAD studio, the same team behind the future Garagiste interior, Crafthaus plans to allow customers buy “multi-pack” beers to go, or drink on site from one of its 24 taps, while sitting around the L-shaped bar, at banquettes, or along the row of window seats.
Hosting enough space for 52, neighbor Esther’s Kitchen will provide the “light food options” and a small outdoor patio is also in the works. An estimated opening date has not been announced.
