Fast approaching a year since its Las Vegas expansion was first revealed, is inching closer to a Town Square debut, with a Summerlin branch also hiring and announced as “coming soon.”
The “artisanal,” small batch creamery based on Washington state’s Bainbridge Island, is currently searching for “energetic, fun, and engaging individuals” for its 1,380-square-foot Town Square location, nearing completion in front of the Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge.
At Downtown Summerlin, Mora replaces California's CREAM, which also shuttered its Henderson expansion earlier this year. The creamery is additionally staffing a food truck designed to attend local events.
Featuring an ice cream and sorbet menu inspired by owners Ana Orselli and Jerry Perez’s home town of Buenos Aries, Argentina, the team promises over 65 different flavors rotated throughout the year, and ice cream prepared “the old-fashioned way,” with “fresh milk, real eggs, and cane sugar.”
Among the more uncommon recent selections, lavender, Mexican chocolate, mojito, cantaloupe and “maraschino cherries cream.”
