Once Vegas Golden Knight Ryan Reaves gets his 7Five Brewing Co. up and running Downtown, he’ll have a restaurant as well serving bar fare. Reaves teams up with Able Baker Brewing Co. on the new brewing facility that plans to open this summer.
The team behind 595 Craft & Kitchen provides the food for the new Arts District Craft & Kitchen restaurant. So far, dishes teased include beer-brined jumbo wings, lotus leaf steamed bun with either pulled jackfruit or pork belly, a barbecue chicken banh mi, fried chicken sandwich with choices such as Nashville hot spice blend, honey garlic barbecue, or Buffalo, and crispy cauliflower with a choice of dipping sauces.
The Able Brewing/7Five collaboration brings new beers, including Training Day Golden Ale, as well as a lager, IPA, and seasonal imperial stout. The 15-Bbl brewhouse plans to have 33 beers on tap, a 600-square-foot patio, and a stage for entertainment.
The 7,504-square-foot venue replaces a long vacant furniture store, a few steps from Wyoming Avenue and three blocks to the west of Dino’s Lounge.
