Miami New Times reports that the 10,000-square-foot space will feature a Latin American look with bright colors, handmade tiles, and colonial-style ironwork. Garcia plans to serve her half rotisserie chicken with a Meyer lemon marinade and her slow-roasted suckling pig porchetta with spiced plantains and pickled onions from her Las Vegas menu, along with dishes made just for the Miami location.
