Pho1 & Co Noodles Etc debuted in the northwest featuring a menu of namesake dishes, plus a collection of home away from home Laotian comfort food favorites.
Replacing Strip Jerky at the Cheyenne Fountains retail center, Pho1 joins neighbors Las Pupusas and Sasa Sushi at the intersection of Buffalo Drive and Cheyenne Avenue, a couple of miles from the closest pho restaurant.
Available to dine-in or take-out, menu choices of beef, chicken, pork belly. and VT (Vientiane pho) soups and vermicelli noodle dishes including traditional curry chicken options.
Laos-inspired specials include sightly soured Esan sausage, papaya salad, skewered meatballs, seared brisket, and a crispy, deep fried Cornish hen.
Perhaps in recognition of its previous tenant, Asian-style, fried sien savanh, “Heaven’s 7 Beef Jerky” is also promised for the future.
Pho1 & Co Noodles Etc, 7450 W. Cheyenne Ave., Suite 102, 725-251-5033. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 8.30 p.m., and closed on Sundays.
